Better Hearing & Support

I bought the new Atom X which is easier to control the environment. You can select a mode like TV or Comfort to suit the current environment. Controlling the volume is at my fingertips instead of fiddling with the back of the aid. Another feature is Bluetooth. I have connected to my iPad for listening to my music or audiobooks. A final feature is a video conference with a Hearing Specialist who reviews features, maintenance, and any comments or questions I had. My Specialist was Chambers who provided excellent support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting used to it.

Since I received my Atom X I've been using it a few hours a day. I'm still getting used to it. My only complaint is that I've been getting feedback.
I just had a one on one consultation with Alque Documento and she guided me through some things I could do to alleviate my problem and so far so good.

Excellent Product & Service

Upgraded to the Atom X from the Atom Pro 2, primarily for the added features, but I find that I like the Atom X much more for other reasons as well. Had some issues and sent in a service request, subsequently was contacted for a video call. Problems resolved, efficiently, professionally. Excellent product and service.
I would recommend this to a friend!
