Exactly What I Need

Product is great. I really like the easy-to-use controls built right into the charging case. Audien has built these hearing aids to be so friendly to the user. I'm old, and lot's of my friends have fought with their hearing aids (and the dang batteries) for years. And, all the re-programming time after time, again. I dreaded hearing aids before using Atom X. And, the free on-boarding call with a specialist really, really helped with the little details and maintenance. This is exactly what I want in a hearing aid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great hearing aids

I upgraded my hearing aid to the Atom X. I've been using them for about 2-3 weeks now. They are great!. At the end of the day I don't even realize they are there and have to remind myself to remove them. My only suggestion would be if they could be just a tiny bit smaller.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The first set of hearing aids kept randomly disconnecting from the case. They sent me another set and it had the same problem. We are currying to resolve the drop.
