Getting Accustom to The Use of The X OTC

Ahmad Ali, simplified the explanation and use of the tools included with the Audien Atom X OTC Hearing Aids.
My husband was experiencing feed-back, from his own voice, when using the above(X-OTC unit). Ahmad automatically understood the problem, and adv'd my husband to switch from the (what I'll call), the regular ear plugs, to the ear plugs with the splits. They solved the problem. Also, tested the use of the volume control modes. He carefully explained how to care and use the wax-guard tool, and the purpose of each end of the tool. He adv'd us not to hesitate if we required additional help and to contact them. The entire conversation went very well. Thank you Ahmed.

The AtomPro2 was hurting my ear and I having a lot of trouble with feedback. Also, when I placed in my ear it keeps changing the modes.
I had a video call with Munna Hassan on the issues that I was having and told him that I wanted to return my hearing aids that I bought.
After talking with Munna I decided to exchange them instead of returning them and see how the other one's work.
Munna was great to work with, and he answered all my questions. He's very good at his profession.

Flawless easy setup

I purchased the ION Pro, have been wearing for 3 days and I absolutely love them. I am hearing things I haven't heard in a long time. I do not get any feedback noises or buzzing in my ear like i had in other brands of OTC products.
I would recommend this to a friend!
