Amazing hearing specialist

I am so very impressed with my hearing specialist. She is so patient. Answered all my questions. Explained the design of and gave me tips for how to wear the hearing aides that I no idea about, and it was a big improvement over my bumbling attempts! I wore them out and about and I didn’t have to have people repeat themselves!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Audien Atom X OTC

Colliine was amazing. My appointment started right on time. I had my list of questions, and Colline immediately took the time to answer them thoroughly and professionally (despite the fact that she had to repeat herself more than once. I felt extremely confident after finishing up that I had made the correct decision - and I confirm that more and more each day. I love my Atom X, more each day! Thank you!

Not so great

I still have not received the ear bud. You told me it would come by 9 pm on the 9 th. It did not come so I called today the 10th. They said it would be here by 9 today. Well, guess what? It still did not come and now it says it will be here by the 9 on the 11th! It was supposedly send on September 29th. That’s a long time from Arizona. My trial time will run out before I get the hearing aids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great aids, but not right for me

The hearing aids were amazing! I had to return them, only because I discovered that my muffled hearing was because of a sinus disorder, not, truly, a hearing problem. The amplification provided my the aids was not the answer to my problem. I returned them after a very pleasant, understanding video call. The specialist was very willing to work to correct any problems I had with the aids, but was also willing to process my return.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Features are good and easy to operate

Mohammad Awad is an excellent tutor. I Had a lot of trouble with the audio and camera on my computer but he was so patient with me. He called me on the phone and tutored me without the camera. He also made it easy for me to follow up on any; questions I may have by emailing me everything I need to know about these hearing aids. Also said I can call him anytime for any questions or concerns I may have. Very good experience.
