Nice to Hear

This hearing aid is for my husband. I like it. He is okay with it because he is in denial of his hearing loss. But thank you. They seem to work for him. He definitely has a hearing loss. The young lady was very good with the explanation on how to use them. Enya explanation was very clear and easily understood. Thank you.

Met my needs...

I purchased these aides a couple of weeks ago as backups for my prescription aids, which are beginning to perform in unusual ways. They may require repair, in which case I didn't want to be without an aid or two during a repair period. While these are not as programable as the prescription aids, they will meet my needs as back up devices.

Not quite the right control features for my ears.

I got these and gave them a good try over 3 weeks and the presets simply weren't enough for me. I needed more control. I had a nice consultation with Badr Ahmed to make sure I was giving it all I could. He was awesome and I strongly suggest anyone reading this to make sure to do a consultation. For me, it proved to not to be the right product.
