The hearing aid I bought worked well but I was not willing to use it at this time. I would like to address my interaction with the person with whom I spoke, but did not want to have to fill these items in first.

Nice Hearing Aids

My husband has dementia so I will be trying to help him with the hearing aids. So far they really do seem nice and he hears well with them. But he keeps putting his hand on them and changing the volume. Then he complains. He also says his ear canal itches. Is this normal? Carlos was extremely nice and helpful! We really liked him!

Initially I had ordered the atom pro and for me, they just didn’t work as I have a miss shaped ear canal. I upgraded to the ion and so far have had no problems at all. I’ve had zero problems with feedback and the ions are actually less visible than the atom. Very happy!
