I have very small ear canal

I bought these a week ago and this was my first video call. Jeff was very thorough and gave me time to ask questions, of which he answered all very well.

Until the video session today, I had no idea the tool to adjust was at the end of the cleaning brush. My sight is poor to even read the dials or note where the microphone is, in case it was blocked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got things done fast

I returned two sets of hearing aids they quit working in a very short time. One replacement was a set of used ones to replace a new set they lasted a day before having trouble with them. The replace.ents were dead when I got them.They screwed up in less than an hour. He got more done in one day than anyone else has in a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
