Don’t fit my ears

Easy to use and clean,

This is the third set of Audien hearing aids I've had. I think the are a bit better than the older ones. I get frustrated with them because they change volume on their own. If the wind blow or the air conditioner stirs up a breeze they will increase the volume. Then I have to readjust the volume to eliminate the feed back. If I carry the charger in my pocket just moving around will change the setting and i have readjust everything.
Your people have been very good about working with me to resolve my issues. Rena and Caroline have kept in touch and are resolving my issues,
