Poor quality

I’ve had my hearing aids for about five months and The dowels came loose That hold the wire in . If the dowels did not come loose, I would not had any problems. They are not covering these because they said it’s not a manufactured defect. This product must be poor quality then. I will not recommend this product to anybody if this is what happens to a customer.

I was just checking on the hours that you could wear the hearing aids that there wasn’t something wrong because I can wear them for like 10 hours and then they beep beep and tell me they need to be recharged, but I did get an answer from Mark and it was sufficient and I Thank you very much

This is the 2nd pair of hearing aids from Audien. The first pair were rechargable but didn't correct my hearing enough. This pair of Atom X worked better but had a load buzz in my left ear. Jove called me and decided that this pair was defective. They are sending a new pair. They stand behind their products and have done everything you want in a standup company.

I would give these hearing aids 5 stars except, I'm experiencing an issue with one of them. When they work they're great. I would however give Myrose 5 stars, she was very thorough & answered all my questions during our onboarding session.
