Chadrine did a great job in attempting to answer all but one of my questions (still pending) l. The "Buy 1, Get 1" Atom Pro 2 offer as the offer did not provide a click-through to "claim" the 2nd pair free. Other than this issue Chadrine was professional, courteous and a great listener.

Great idea needs work

Really good idea for handiness using the aids. However the case had a malfunction on the second day. Possible software/firmware fault? Returned for refund.
