Hopeful for better results.

After two weeks of using the hearing aids, I was experiencing a low volume recurring intermittent buzzing/chirping sound in my right ear. This problem existed even when I swapped the hearing aids from my left ear to my right ear. I tried different mode and volume settings to no avail. I even tried to rotate the hearing aid at 90 degree intervals in hopes of eliminating the intermittent sound. After talking to the Hearing Specialist, there were no other suggestions for me to try to address the issue. He suggested a new pair to see if the problem still existed.

Great features and easy to do

Julie bought these for me, her mother and I zreally like them. We have a little nich to fix but otherwise my Mom Linda loves them. The dr that.called my Mom was very good helping her to dissolve our little niche.

Great quality hearing aids

I’m enjoying the upgrade I made to the Ion Pro 2. I need the flexibility of using these hearing aids for streaming podcasts, music and news events. I watch the battery strength and recharge them if necessary. Great quality hearing aids.
