Inadequate color selection!!!

I purchased your hearing devices a couple of weeks ago due to great reviews. Had to return due to only 1color option… caucasian.
It’s hard for me to understand how any company in the world, let alone the United States, would only provide a product in white.
My video appointment was with a man of color, I am a woman of color, and it was for me to fathom how these hearing devices are not offered in a variety of pigment options. I am highly disappointed, offended, disregarded as a person of color, and unable to recommend your devices to anyone!
This is 2026, and I feel as if I have traveled back in time where my people and any other person other than Caucasian it’s not recognized, not respected, disregarded as if we do not exist.
For that reason your company or any other company will not receive an endorsement or patronage from me.
Don’t continue to be a part of a segregated mentality, you’re leaving money on the table.

I prefer the "over the ear" style Audien!

I bought the Audien-Ion2 to try the "Over the Ear" style hearing aids. I didn't think I'd like them, but found out that I prefer them over the other style. the Ion2 has 4 modes and 9 volume settings, so it takes a while to figure that all out. I needed a little guidance as to how to adjust the 4 modes and the 9 volumes in each mode for different situations. Chad did a great job walking me through all of that. Thank you very much for the Help!
