I didn't realize how many sounds I was missing out on. I teared up when I first put the hearing aids on. On the second day using the hearing aids, my wife and I were walking our dogs early morning. I stopped and asked her if she could hear all of the birds. I said there sounds like hundreds. She just smiled and said I can hear them. At a graduation party I was able to engage in conversation without having to constantly ask people to repeat themselves...
I'm excited to hear what I was missing.

Easy to use with great features.

I have had these for a while and have been practicing finding the comfort level with regard to the ear pieces, modes, volumes, etc. The call I had today was helpful in knowing what I was doing was correct and with time my brain will get used to me wearing them so that everything doesn't sound so tinny.

She helped me with my issues and sold me a new set so I could have a backup in case of issues in the future. She also gave me a nice discount on the new set.
