I bought Pro hearing aid on April 1st and was not happy with its performance. Hence had asked a consultation with the hearing aid expert.

AtomX is a good product!

I purchased the AtomX hearing aids about a month ago. After giving them a good trial and taking an online hearing test, I realized that my hearing was good. I contacted Audien about getting a refund. The process was stright-forward and I will be getting my refund. It was great to be able to try the hearing aids and get refunded. Audien is a good and trustworthy company and their AtomX hearing aids is a good product for someone with mild-moderate hearing loss.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I spoke with Nhele a couple of times. As it ended up I didn't need as long a phone call as I thought I would. The time I spent talking to him I found him to be VERY pleasant, concerned about my issue And was willing to spend as much time as I needed. I seriously believe he does a great job in every aspect of being a troubleshooter and Audien should be proud of him! Thank you so much for your time Nhele! Take care!!

Roy was great at explaining the current product I purchased and then helped me determine that a different audien product may work better for my grandmothers needs and helped me work out exchanging the item to allow her to try another one.

I purchased these Atom X hearing aids less than a month ago. The case cracked on the right side thereby not lloind my right to charge.
I discovered that it is not possible to replace the case only. You have to buy a new set.
