These Hearing Aids have too many problems with them constant hitting up the volume background noise too big for the ears. They’re just not for me.

The young man I spoke to was very helpful in clarifying what to do when I got my hearing aids back from your review/repair process. I think he needs a promotion. Hopefully there will be no further issues with these. I like the fact that they are not over the ears, Bluetooth compatible, and the control screen. So far so good!
