Bluetooth is what I needed

I'm still getting use to wearing the device. Rem helped me with my questions. Especially for to assist my mom with hers. I purchased two Atom one's. Purchased Atom X today.

Helped facilitate refund

I tried the product out, however decided that it just wasn’t for me. She initially tried to see what the issue was and encouraged me to keep the product. When I politely but firmly stated that I did not intend to use the product further and wanted a refund, she immediately moved forward with sending me the packing slip and approving the refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased the Atom x a month ago and the left one kept squeaking. We did some tests and so far it improved but still beeping on occasion. We are giving it a try for one week to see how it goes.
