I am sure this is a perfectly good hearing aid. I purchased it for my father and he does not have the patience to work through learning how to hear again.

Juluan was very helpful in helping me begin with my new hearing aids. He was patient and made sure I understood what he was explaining, before moving on. When I had a question, he made sure he answered exactly what I wanted. He is patient, kind with personality.
