Had a hardtimeunderstanding what she was saying. I need to know if the protection plan I paid for on my other hearing aids will transfer over to my ion's now or do I need to cancel it.

The Atom X is very intuitive and easy to use. It is comfortable in my ear. My only complaint is that it sticks out farther from my ear that I wanted, and it really shows, because I have very short hair.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very pleased with the ION rechargeable over the hear hearing aids from Audien. Chambers is very good at explaining the process of using the hearing aids.

I’ve had my Atom X for a week and am loving them. Easy setup, comfortable to wear and it’s so nice to be able to hear conversations around me again. Ahmed was very helpful with my setup meeting and did a great job explaining everything and answering my questions.

Received replacement hearing aides and was upgraded to the Atom X…much happier with these…even though I’m still learning how to wear hearing aids…I like the fact I can adjust the volume instead of clicking buttons on the hearing aides…I know what setting to put them on
