Product is good! Service nit so good!

The product is very good but getting help been a chore! I just need a case (which has cracked ) and now am told I havre to purchase a whole new set! So guess I will work with a cracked case!

Very happy with the Atom X. Salah was very professional. He validated what I knew. Went over information about these hearing aids and gave some great tips. Having someone go over functions increases acceptance. I am especially pleased with the case function!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have not been able to use these hearing aids. I did review them with a specialist in a video call who informed me that all I needed to do was not touch a certain area, and that loud tone would not occur. However, I cannot have these in my ears at all without experiencing that loud town in both ears almost all the time. It makes these hearing aids absolutely useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
