I've only used the Audien Pro 2 hearing aids for a few hours but so far I'm pleased with the their functionality, especially the ease of adjusting the volume and switching the listening mode. I appreciate the charging case - it's great not to have to struggle with tiny batteries.
I enjoyed speaking with Sam Fausto: she was friendly, professional and very easy to understand. She answered all my questions and provided a pleasant onboarding experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had our free Audien console yesterday. I bought the hearing aids for my 80-year-old mother and we were having difficulty getting them to function properly for her. Through the virtual meeting, Ryan was so patient and helped us through all of the steps of using the hearing aids! it was even a Friday late afternoon appointment and he made sure not to make us feel rushed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
