Met with Julian Rodriguez this a.m. for the Audien Atom "gouge". He did an excellent job of walking my wife through use/maintenance of the hearing aids - covered everything!!! He was professional, courteous, and warm. Thank you.

Salah Kamell, I had a discussion with him about returning a pair if hearing aids. He listened very carefully and he completely understood why I could not keep the product.
