Julian was so helpful, We were both on same page when I told him about these hearing aid, everything that Julian suggested, I had already tried that. So he suggested that I try another hearing aid and I pray it works, looking forward for them. Thank You So Much Julian, I appreciate your support and your kindness to me.

The support person, Jenny, was very helpful and gave me good options. Listened to my issues and helped me find a solution to my unique problems I am having. Nothing wrong with the product. It’s all about my physical limitations I have using hearing aids. These limitations are the reason I can’t use the 5000 dollar prescription pair I have had for a few years.

Rem was very patient and helpful during our video session.
I did learn on how to better insert the aids for optimimal hearing and to stop feedback and also how to change the modes.

Both my husband and I feel like we got a new lease on life, we no longer try reading lips and just nodding with people when we're at a restaurant or out in public. We are completely satisfied with this product and have referred to family and friends.
