In ear vs behind ear

This is a great product when they work right. Unfortunate my pair is not working properly. They drop their signal and shut down. I have applied for a replacement.

Left hearing aide not working at all

Sad to see after 48 days one of the hearing aides complete quit working. Adam tried his best to reset the case and the hearing aide. Everything we tried didn't work.
originally when I put the hearing aides in the right went from 100% to 95% almost immediately but the left always seemed to stay charged.
I did have an issue with discomfort but that was resolved a few weeks ago.
I'm hoping I can have these replaced quickly. I have referred 2 other to you company for purchase. Sad that I have to wait since you'll have the tracking number to see they are on their way to repair. Also ground not express shipping.
