I had a wonderful video call with Adam. He went over everything with my hearing aids and offered several suggestions to help me to have a better experience. He also offered a plan B if these end up not working out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am trying the Atom X as a substitute for my old Audien BTE model, so I was already familiar with most of the features. But there were bound to be a few differences, and I wanted to make sure I had a professional to talk me thru any questions I might have. Zack did a great job of guiding me thru those questions and supplied some useful tips along the way. Thank You, Zack
