Suddenly both hearing aids did not work and with Sarah's help, we determined I needed to change the wax guards.

Ryan did a great job just listening to me and my mom. With mom's dementia, she was having difficulty placing the hearing aides in her ear. Ryan helped us decide to go back to "over the ear" pair of hearing aides. That option will hopefully help me, help my mom hear better. I'm excited to be able to use my phone instead of carrying the Atom X case around. BTW...Ryan asked me to give him 5 stars. I guess I listened too! : )

I love the way I hear now. They were great from the first minute. Easy set-up, comfortable fit, intuitive app that controls and adjusts things. The rest of the experience is a mess. The case doesn't stand up or stay open, and you can't believe what a hassle it is until you've used it for a few days. Stupid design. The app cuts out constantly - you have to close it completely for it to continue working - tell me how that makes sense. I'm not sure I am keeping them even though I love the way I can hear now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just finished my first week with the new hearing aids. My progress is exactly like the user manual describes. I'm very pleased with the product and it is very easy to use.
