Easily understoood!

I'm relatively new to the hearing aid world; hence, I was very concerned about whether or not I would be able to understand what I was supposed to do to effectively use a hearing aid. I also was concerned that I might end up talking to a very technical type of person and that they would talk over my head. As it turned out, the rep I spoke with spoke at my level of understanding and listened to my questions & concerns. There was no problems at tall!!!

I can hear more clearly

I’m not sure my hearing problem doesn’t need a more specialized hearing aid. I’m giving it at least a week before I can give it a fair review…as Mohammed mentioned…it may take a while for my brain to adjust to the hearing aid. Mohammed did a great job explaining the device. He was caring and professional. Any issues I have with the hearing aid will be with device’s ability solve my problems and not with Mohammed’s presentation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fitting issue

There was a mix up getting the first pair. Received the second ones and finally got to speak with my hearing specialist. That helped me to get them fitting a little better.

Atom X is Years ahead of all other Hearing Aids

I bought The Atom X about a month ago and I am glad I did. I think the Atom x is superior from all angels Quality, ease of operations as you can adjust volume, mode and blue tooth al from the pack screen not from the hearing in your ear as most of others do.
Also, the support is amazingly helpful. I want specially thank Mohamad Awad for his product knowledge and communications skill. He is a great asset for Audien organization.
