I was asked to give a review about the person I spoke to today regarding cancelling my order realizing I already owned these but at least a year old. Instead of cancelling he talked me into upgrading to a better hearing aid and I agreed to try. He was most helpful and patient. He asked me to fill out a survey as to his performance and to ignore what looks like a review of the product. It is a review on Ahmed and he was excellent!

A Christmas present from 3 beginning 4 months. The case is cracking and I got fluffed off. You have to purchase a new hearing aid and case. “NO”, this is a new product and should be covered. Sorry, this is what has to be done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really haven’t gotten a chance to use them yet because one of them wasn’t working. When I had my video session with Julian he helped me get it fixed. Now and can start wearing them and hopefully start hearing better.
