Easy to use and the cost was so reasonable.

Purchased a couple of days ago and I love them. Spoke with Vena to get a warranty and some questions I had. She is fabulous. Answered all my questions and processed the warranty.

After a friend highly recommended Audien Atom Pro 2 hearing aids I bought them on March 20,2026 but the fit was uncomfortable for me. I scheduled a video consultation and after talking with the consultant I elected to try the Audien ion 2 OTC Hearing Aids CX. They will be sent after the receipt of the original purchase. My video specialist was Chadrine grace Pagunsan and she was very patient and professional, guiding me in the direction to get a better product for my particular ear shape.

Good as back up aids

I bought the Atom X as a back up to my custom aides. They seem good for that purpose. I’m a little disappointed in the hearing aids charge hold. Seems they go down fairly quickly (<14 hrs). I’m only using them for hearing, no streaming. Also, one of my aids uses charge faster than the other. The rep I spoke with said what I described to her was not atypical.

I can hear again

She kept messing with her nose and face and it was distracting. She also made it miore of a sales call than an "onboarding" call, although I'm sure she covered all of her bases.
