Unfortunately, I was unable to use these products. Nothing wrong with the product, I just cannot use them due to a reaction from my body. I have tried several sets, nothing seems to work. Everyone we worked with was super. Cannot say enough good things. Super experience.

While the product is not good for my ear anatomy, the product quality is excellent. The service I've received during my Audien journey has been exemplary. Quick adjustments are easy.

Helpful in many situations but not so much in loud places. The ability to turn up the volume on soft speakers is very helpful. Because I hear myself so much louder, people are now asking me "what?" I really like having the adjustments on the case rather than having to open an app on my phone while sitting at the dinner table, or standing in a crowd, etc.
