On boarding video call is a great service provided. Chad was great going over the operation and features. She was also a great help with solving a couple issues I was having.

Professional Onboarding

Recently purchased ion Pro 2 hearing aids. They are comfortable right now and i"m getting use to wearing them. The Video Call with Hearing Specialist for Onboarding with Jove Igot was professional and was critical in setting expectations. She explained the details of being a new user of hearing aids in a clear and understandable manner.

Excellent sound for the price and can't be beat.

I bought these hearing aids and they honestly worked great. However, I have very short hair above my ears and I'm 65. Most people aren't vain and don't care if you can see them, but I did. I would highly recommend them based on the improved sound experience.

That fellow that I worked with today REALLY new what he was doing. He has the patients of Jobe. I am 92 yrs. old. Know very little about the new digital equipment. So he had to really help me on every move. he did find and fixed the problem. I was so very pleased to have him to help me.
