Got the Atom 2. Poor design and operability.

I got this one week ago. Found i needed help. I got just that. I hope the problem with be resolved, i have small ear canals. So the ear buds were falling out.

Consultations are SO worth the time!

I had a consultation with Roy today and he was fabulous. He went above and beyond. He even answered additional questions about what I would do if I had an ear infection, etc. I would highly recommend him for a consultation.
