Great video call

Sarah Hassan was a real pleasure to talk with. Very informative, professional, courteous and helpful. Without any hesitation, she offered to up grade my wife’s Adam Pro 2 hearing aids to the new Atom X hearing aids, at a very reasonable price. Which I’m sure will be much easer for her to set up.

I finally got my hearing aides up and running after the introduction video call with Anna. I kept them in all day with problems and coils hear much better!

The hearing specialist was able to solve the problems I was having with the hearing aids. He also advised me that the bluetooth drains power and that I should only use it when I need it,

good amplification

Atom 2 aids adequately amplified the sounds around me at level 2 volume with three louder levels available at the touch of a button. I experienced significant feedback while inserting into my ears but that went away once fully inserted. Larger and more visible than I expected.

Introductory training

After the call, I was able to use my new hearing aids. What I thought was feedback was actually normal. It would be good if the introductory videos showed more detail about the insertion process.
