Exemplary hearing

My hearing loss is low frequency. The main reason I needed to get hearing aids is because my husband has a low frequency voice and I always have to ask him to repeat himself, its gotten old always asking him that. Also, we watch the series Elementary and Jonny Lee Miller has the same frequency voice as my husband so we always have the TV at volume level 32, which is very loud. I put the hearing aids in and turned on Elementary, on my TV, and had to reduce volume from 32 to 13! My husband was at work and that was the only way I could test if my hearing improved. I am so excited I could hear again!! The quality is outstanding!! I am using my TV as an example as to how well I can hear now.

Got the Atom X and they are wonderful. Julian was very helpful. Explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. It was a very good session. Didn't know that these had Bluetooth for answering calls. Very nice features.

Salah was incredible to work with. My dad was having trouble with one of the hearing aids whilsting and Salah knew exactly how to rectify the problem and even showed him a better way of putting the hearing aids in. Salah went over all the features and how to fix an issues that we might have. My dad now feels a lot more comfortable with his purchase because of Salah. I don't think I have ever had someone be so hopefully, understanding and patient in an appointment. He really made the purchase worth it.

Had these less than a week and have seen an improvment with hearing and following conservations in a crowded room. Definately dont have to turn up the tv too loud.
