Learning experience

We went over all operations for them and setup the Bluetooth. We also found during my learning they both stopped working one at a time. We found i was able to put them back in the case for a couple minutes and they came back on. The 4 rating was because of them cutting off during my learning. The rep. Was definitely a 5 rating.

THESE AIDS HELP WITH CLARITY OF SPEECH. NOT JUST VOLUME!
WORKING GREAT. I'VE HAD THEM FOR A COUPLE WEEKS AND JUST HAD THE FREE ZOOM CONSULTATION AND WENT VERY WELL!

Lars was very helpful and professional. He listened to all of my questions and responded to everything. We ran overtime and he even called me back as promised when free to ensure I was able to resolve my issues. His expertise and knowledge of the hearing aids helped to improve my hearing!
