Ahmed was very polite and helpful with my concerns. Especially since I was extremely upset with your return process and how difficult it was to process my return. He took an interest in my problem and provided an exchange/return option which I accepted, subject to having another 45 days to review/try the Atom X OTC hearing aid CX.

I have only had my new hearing aids a couple of days and am just getting accustomed to them. I have some concerns about the comfort, excessive feedback (whistling), and overall performance, but realize that I am in the transition period. Salah was helpful in providing some tips on how to make adjustments to address the issues, and general overview.
