I spoke to somebody named Samantha, who was trying to fix my hearing aid the one that did not work, but it still does not work if she would be able to call me back or text me back

Lars was very patient with me when i disconnected him a few times. I was pleased with his explaining the functions of my hearing aids. I am very pleased with the hearing aids. Lars was great!!

Hossan was very pleasant and helpful. I changed for a hearing aid behind the ear. When I receive the new hearing aids, We will try again to see if they work for me.
