The ease of use and the clarity of the hearing are amazing compared to Opticon. Would love to have the Bluetooth pairing option with that, as when I put my phone close to my hearing aid, the feedback becomes an issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My CR was courteous and professional. He did a good job covering the technical features of the device, and though he didn't have the answers to some additional questions I had about the safety of long-term use of the product he promised to request more information from corporate and get back to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first time wearing hearing aids. It has been challenging to adapt to my new “hearing environment”. Hazel was great to recommend helpful hints to make the transition easier.
