Hearing aids kept falling out. Too large for my ears. Also had a lot of feedback. Sound quality was good when working.

I have been using atom x for a week. I have been impressed so far. TV volume is not as loud for others and I can hear sounds I haven't heard in a long time.

Lars was very helpful. This was our 2nd purchase of Audien hearing aid as we really didn't know how to clean it so it stopped working. We learned several things from Lars that we didn't know before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
