Excellent product for ease of use

I had previously tried 3 different hearing aids and struggled with adjusting the volume. Atom X is very simple and easy to use.I recommend them 100%

Poor battery life

Battery life is not as described. The maximum battery life I’m experiencing without Bluetooth usage is 8 hours

I bout these less than one month ago. Thee left aid keeps falling out. It fell when I was sitting in a chair. The sounds are not close and far sound level the same. Very uncomfortable.

Yes I am very happy with my Atom X. They work great and I enjoy them very much. I think my husband does too, the TV sound is finally down.

I’m new to wearing hearing aids and I had an issue with getting feedback on my left side and I reached out and asked for help and they were extremely fast and extremely helpful with their response and support!!!
