Having a hard time with new hearing aids. Lars proposed a supposedly better aid. No idea if it will be better. But he said I’d have the same 45 days to try them out

Rey was most helpful. She explained that the email info was flexible so that would have been helpful before hand but she assured me it was different for all users.

Work really well at just 10 percent volume.

They seem to work well, the Atom X model. I am having trouble inserting them into my ears but that seems to be improving. My wife is not ecstatic about the pull pins protruding out of each ear.

great price for a hearing device.

Just finished audiology session and shared with her I am not sure that I am at the point of needing a hearing device. I have the unit on less than 10 and seem to be hearing fine even without them. But I will give it a chance. I did appreciate being able to answer my phone with them on.
