Helped what he could with limitations of device. Disappointed with battery life when using Bluetooth, but not the fault of this rep.

I purchased my device a week ago or so ago. I am getting used to it. I know this is what is going to help me to enjoy conversations, it will allow me to hear without saying "huh" or "what did you say". I'm excited. My specialist was awesome!

Basically works well

The hearing aids are working fairly well, but are taking some getting use to (like they have said). Didn't get to go over the bluetooth function over the phone(my fault), but it's an easy setup. May update in the future. Only issue is with Bluetooth as the right channel cut out occasionally or I get and echo play occurring.

They are very nice I like the part that I don't have to buy hearing ades batteries though the years ive spent alot of money buying batteries
