John was so helpful as I wanted to return my ATOM X hearing aids and trade up to the ION Pro 2 aids. He was able to explain the process of returning and the swift timetable to obtain the new ones. He was easy to understand and quite pleasant

The Atom One did not work well for me and Mark suggested Atom Pro 2. We will be trying it.

Change in hearing aids

Ariel was great. The initial hearing aids did not work well despite my many efforts to avoid the feedback and Ariel helped me to understand that a different hearing aid would be better for me. I am returning the original hearing aid and replacing it with a different model.
