Easiness of getting started..

My video call with Rem was very helpful, though I had read the literature that was sent with my product there were some gray areas that Rem helped me understand more completely. I would highly recommend his help to anybody..

Reason for Purchase and return

I purchased the to prevent new glasses from breaking my REXTON over the ear hearing aides. I want to return this device because of the following issues:
1. When searing a hoodie, I get intermittent humming
2. Wife on phone in car, I get humming from aide. Noise follows one aide
3. when I put hands over ear I get humming.
4. Left ear hurts when using - no matter which bud I use.
5. Old folks fingers not flexible enough to quickly insert. Loud Humming till in ear.
6. Can't connect them to IPhone
