Great agent supporting a failing model.

This is the sixth return. I'm a little disappointed in that. But this agent was the most professional and efficient yet. Talked me through resetting the hearing aid but it was unsuccessful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Bought these, got them a few days ago. I started using them right away , so far I'm pleased with them , having a little trouble with volume settings.

I've been wearing my Atom X hearing aids for about a week and the difference from my former hearing aids is incredible. I'm still learning how to maneuver through the Volume and Mode settings. I am confident that these are my hearing aids for life.

I had the pleasure of talking with Windave Parajes this morning on a video call. I would like to compliment him on the excellent service he provided that included great detail about the Ion Pro and Ion Pro 2 hearing aids, as well as the process I would use to conduct the exchange or upgrade. I orginally purchased the Atom X, but have decided that the Ion Pro or Ion Pro 2 would better suit me.
I would recommend this to a friend!
