Erroneous charge

Happy with Atom x, but disappointed that you were charging me for the trade in of Atom one. It was sent in next day of receipt of Atom x. It was working and absolutely perfect condition.

I've had many hearing aids, but never had a one-on-one assistance with video. Zack was very pleasant to visit with, very polite and upbeat, and very quick to find a solution to my hearing problem.

The hearing aides are very good, but for me they didn't compare to my 5000. Hearing aides. I think i tried and the company service was great. Just not what I wanted.
