I had these for a little over a week and the sound quality was great, how ever I was not happy with the setting adjustments being on the outside of the charging case. They were really touchy and if I had it in my pocket it would change settings very easily. If you could make the buttons not so light it would be much better. Also I could not wear these very for any extended length of time as even the smallest ear domes didn't fit my ears they start to hurt and then I was getting some pretty bad ear aches.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Upgrade to Atom X

I upgraded from the Atom 2 to the Atom X. Well worth the additional money. Easier to adjust plus has bluetooth ability.

I purchased these for my 90 year old mother to hopefully improve her quality of life. Arnel was very patient and stepped us through how to get the best outcome with these devices. I’m very hopeful that my mom will be able to get comfortable with this new technology for her.

Very helpful and accommodating. I was having trouble with one of the aids not working at least 2 to 3 times a day.
