I I like the ideal, but the units themselves were too big for my ear canals

Mark was easy to talk to and sent me a how to video. He was very pleasant and courteous.
Just received hearing aids. Trying to get left aid to work properly and needed instruction to
remove any built up wax, etc. Deciding if I am going to keep these hearing aids.

The video showing how to use & clean them is great

I bought the Atom X hearing aids and they were everything the ad said they would be. Within a minute or two they were in my ears and working great.
