The aids would squeal loudly whenever my cats came NEAR me (not against my ears, just sitting on my lap).

These devices squeal loudly whenevr my cats were near, for example, while they were sitting on my lap or next to me on a chair. My rep, Aj, who helped me with an exchange was A++++. I would give him a 10 out of 5. The devices were disappointing, but his service was excellent!

Excellent Specialist Marwan Elshenawy

Currently trying out the Atom X in ear hearing aids. A little disappointed about the harshness and feedback, but the hearing specialist Marwan Elshenawy was very helpful and informative, and recommended some option changes on the various in ear tips. Will continue to evaluate over the coming week and follow up with Marwan.
