Video conference with Ryan to arrange exchange of Ion Pro for Atom X. Ryan was extremely helpful and made the process as easy and pleasant as possible.

Good options with the app

Lars was very helpful especially regarding using the APP. But still frustrated that using the app still sometimes requires out the hearing aids back into the charger.

Had some battery hold issues with the hearing aids. Also needed to uninstall app and reinstall and bluetooth.
