Easy to use/quick setup

Ahmed very professional and helpful with tips to make hearing aids work correctly. Easy going personality and I could understand him. Very nice. Did not pressure me to keep aids. Thank you for letting me try the Atom X but they did not work out for me. Wire rubbed jacket hood. Couldn't keep aid in ear canal. Always adjusting and my right ear hurt when aid was in. My anatomy and level of hearing loss didn't allow me to use these. I was impressed as to their quality, ease of use.and different settings.

Praise Jesus for Audien and their OTC hearing aids

I bought the Atom X hearing aids in December for my mother who lives in a nursing home. Audien offered us a trade in upgrade to the newer Atom X and my mother loves them as she is able to hear much better now. She thought her first pair where good, but was more pleasantly surprised with the new upgrade to Atom X. She had lost one of her first hearing aids without warranty, and Audien let me buy a warranty after the fact, and sent mom a brand new set. Audien has been fantastic as the normal hearing aid doctors wanted thousands for their aids that I could not afford. My mom's sister has prescription hearing aids (best money can buy?) and it seems mother can hear better with the Atom X. I have been telling everyone who will listen at the nursing home and social circles about Audien and their affordable OTC hearing aids. Audien has been a true gift from God and praising Jesus for their help. Thank you Audien for helping and caring for our elderly and disabled, making lives better for many.

Princess was very timely and direct with the info presented. She was very patient a n d understanding especially since I was late getting on the call abd had issues getting my phones speajer to work. She presented alot of very helpful info plus a followup contact info. Kudis. Would highly recomnend them for your audiio needs.
